Our Story
Jesse and Janet Reitner were engaged in the food business for almost a half century. The Reitner’s started out in Bayonne, New Jersey with Reitner Meats and The Kitchen. In 1989, with brother David, they founded Jesse and David’s in Manalapan, New Jersey. After a successful 10-year, run they opened Lox Stock and Deli in Milltown, New Jersey in 1998 until they sold their interest in 2015.
